With a little patience, and vodka, it’s possible to create an airbrushed look even without an airbrush. It floors me that I’ve been doing this for so long without an airbrush machine. Still haven’t folded yet. This iguana would’ve been much easier with an airbrush set, but instead I painted the fondant with food coloring mixed with water and vodka. The alcohol evaporates, and vodka is a good selection, since it doesn’t leave any flavor behind.
